Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with clients to determine event objectives and requirements
* Planning and preparing budgets and managing expenditure within financial limits
* Coordinating services such as catering, signage, audiovisuals, transport, and equipment hire
* Negotiating contracts with suppliers, sponsors, and service providers
* Organising registrations, publicity, and promotional activities
* Overseeing event operations, scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulations
* Monitoring event progress and resolving issues on-site
* Reviewing post-event performance and preparing evaluation reports
Requirements
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
