About the role
Yates Roofing & Safety is looking for motivated, reliable people to join our team as Roofing Labourers & Industrial Height Safety Installers.
Experience is a bonus, but the right attitude matters most. If you're willing to work hard, turn up on time, and learn, we'll train you in both roofing and installing safety systems for working at heights.
This is a full-time position with great earning potential, hands-on training, and a clear career path for those who want to grow in the industry.

What you'll be doing
* Working alongside skilled roofers to install, maintain and repair roofs
* Installing industrial height safety systems (anchor points, walkways, ladders, guardrails)
* Helping with materials, tools and equipment on site
* Preparing and cleaning work areas to keep them safe and organised
* Following safety rules and procedures (we'll train you on these)
* Being part of a team that gets the job done right

What we're looking for
* No experience required – we'll train you in roofing and height safety installation
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Comfortable working at heights
* Physical fitness to handle manual work
* Reliable transport to job sites
