Clinical Lead Position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in the Alcohol and Other Drugs program. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment, collaborative team culture, and comprehensive learning and growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will be a valued member of the AWH Alcohol and Other Drugs programs supporting staff working within this area. We require candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Unencumbered registration with APHRA Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, or eligibility for membership with AASW for social work
* Evidence of a minimum of five years full time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least three years full time equivalent experience in the alcohol and other drugs field, and post-graduate qualifications relevant to the alcohol & other drugs clinical speciality
* Proven clinical leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical practice
* Demonstrated effective communication and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums and an understanding of the practice development framework
* Proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the utilisation of evidence-based research
This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, developing clinical policies and procedures, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
