**About the role**
This is a fast-paced role, no two days are the same.
- Processing quotations, orders & invoicing
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
- Liaising with retail partners, specifiers, and end-users to promote the brand and enhancing
customer experience.
- Managing delivery time frames & customer expectations including providing necessary
reports
- Administrative support to the teams
- Showroom product and finish assistance to end users and designers
**Skills and experience**
- Administration & Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication, customer service skills & telephone manner
- An appreciation of marketing quality merchandise
- Have an eye for detail, accuracy & strong organisational skills
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a confident manner
- Well presented with a positive attitude
- Proficient computer skills
