In This Role, You'll:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a key area in the DC
* Lead a team of staff and drive performance across all shifts
* Set and oversee daily workflow plans, ensuring clear delegation and accountability
* Supervise receiving, stock movement, and inventory accuracy
* Monitor and report on KPIs, transport bookings, and stock variances
* Run toolbox meetings and ensure consistent team communication
* Ensure safety checks, SOP compliance, and training logs are up to date
* Support staff training, succession planning, and ongoing development
