We're hiring now for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of established client accounts in Rockhampton.
This is a busy, high-volume role, no cold sales, just delivery.

What You'll Do
* Manage key client accounts end-to-end
* Deliver high-volume recruitment
* Pipeline constantly to stay ahead of demand
* Handle compliance, medicals, and onboarding
* Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
* Build strong relationships with site stakeholders
* Attend quarterly site visits to strengthen client relationships and gain first-hand operational insight
* Support safety reporting and incident tracking, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate data capture
What You Need
* Agency recruitment experience (blue-collar preferred)
* Strong organisation + ability to handle volume
* Fast, responsive, and solutions-focused mindset
* Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
