We are seeking a driven individual to manage our territory and execute the sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

* Territory management of a geographical area, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
* Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and quick response to inbound leads and requests.
* New business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
* Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them about new solutions.
* Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.


Requirements:

* Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on products and services.
* Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented, with ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
