Job Opportunity: Renewable Energy Specialist
This position involves providing second-level customer and field services technical support with safety as the top priority. Key responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing solar PV systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and analysis of inverter equipment via various communication channels.
* Maintaining high standards of workplace and on-site safety.
* Ensuring quality work resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction while minimizing service costs.
Requirements:
* Possession of a relevant electrical trade license.
* At least five years of experience in electrical, electronic, and/or network communications.
* Broad experience in customer service for power generation products, particularly in the solar industry.
