Key Territory Sales Manager Role

* The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and gross profit in the Victorian territory, maintaining a structured call cycle, and identifying new business opportunities.
* This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the road, and the ability to build customer relationships.
* Experience in business development or territory sales is essential, ideally in hardware, tools, or adjacent industries.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales across the Victorian territory, focusing on key retailers and trade partners.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
* Host trade nights and run product training for retail and counter staff.
* Expand brand presence within stores and ensure consistent product visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
* You must have full working rights within Australia.
* A strong organizational structure is required to meet targets and stay connected to the broader team.
* Proactivity, energy, and a willingness to take on a mature territory with potential for further growth are essential.
