Account Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to expand our territory and nurture a diverse customer base in Gladstone, QLD.
The ideal candidate will possess strong account management experience, ideally within industrial sales, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory/sector.
* Grow existing accounts through effective GAP selling strategies.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by ensuring seamless service delivery and resolving any disputes/queries promptly.
* Nurture relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market knowledge and conditions.

You must be a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to influence and negotiate effectively with customers.
A solid understanding of account management, preferably within industrial sales, is essential, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
