THE ROLE
Work closely with exploration, projects, operational, commercial and executive teams to support Ora Banda's growth and operational excellence. Provide strategic legal support across all aspects of the Company's operations including:
* Negotiate and draft contracts
* Mining law and regulatory matters
* Native title and land access
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
* Admission to practice in Western Australia
* 10‐15 years post‐qualification experience, including substantial in‐house or top‐tier private practice exposure
* Demonstrated experience in:
o Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
o Mining law, regulatory and compliance matters
o Native title, cultural heritage and land access frameworks
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop pragmatic, operationally focused solutions.
* Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* High integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem solving
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience working in‐house for a Western Australian mining or resources company
* Strong understanding of operational mining environments
* Familiarity with ASX‐listed company governance and reporting requirements
