Apart from helping us make our workplace a fun place to be, we require a customer service and administration officer to **independently manage customer queries and office administration duties** at our headquarters located in Melrose Park.
This role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Arranging shipment of orders
- Lodging enquiries with Australia Post
- Entering invoices and receipting sales
- Contacting overdue accounts
- Adding new products to our website
- Picking customer orders
- Completing other ad hoc tasks as required by management
- Responding to social media enquiries and comments
The successful applicant will **need to be comfortable using a computer, liaising directly with customers, have experience using Microsoft Office and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
While not essential, experience with the following programs is preferred:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Canva
- Later
- SmartrMail
- Mailchimp
- Social media marketing

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
