About the Role
As our Bank Reconciliation Officer, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of banking transactions across multiple accounts. Your work will directly support reliable financial reporting, compliance, and informed decision-making.
This role is critical to maintaining financial transparency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily reconciliations across multiple bank accounts (two banks)
* Accurately record banking transactions in the General Ledger
* Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly
* Liaise with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders
* Prepare journals for interest, bank charges, and government grants
* Support month-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
* Maintain organised documentation for audit readiness
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Assist with audit tasks as required
About you
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a large, multi-entity organisation
* Experience using NetSuite
* Strong attention to detail and reconciliation accuracy
* Ability to manage daily and monthly deadlines
* Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
