We have a great opportunity for a full time Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a quick-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management and relationship building
- Inbound phone & online sales
- In-store customer service
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Skills & experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience or a passion for auto parts
- Well presented, great phone manner
- Ability to influence & negotiate
- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
