* Maintain accurate, current and well-organised shared information repositories and documentation for Technical Operations
* Coordinate and support internal events for SAE Technical Operations, including sourcing and organising venues, catering, suppliers and promotional activities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support for faculty health and safety initiatives, including coordinating and monitoring workplace inspections

Who we are looking for (selection criteria):

* Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative and operational activities within a complex environment
* Strong digital capability, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage shared systems, records and documentation effectively
* Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally and diplomatically with a diverse range of stakeholders
* A proven ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and initiative, while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team

Role Requirements:

1. As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
2. Successful applicants are subject to a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin's satisfaction
