* Deliver complex structural projects across commercial, mixed-use, education, retail, and major infrastructure-related developments
* Exposure to high-profile Olympic-linked projects and landmark Brisbane developments
* Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and drafters
* Strong involvement in project delivery, technical problem-solving, and client coordination

Ideal Background
* Around 6-10+ years structural consulting experience within Australia
* Strong technical capability across reinforced concrete, steel, and building structures
* ETABS and RAPT experience highly regarded
* Exposure to software such as SpaceGass, RAM Concept, SAFE, or similar advantageous
* Previous experience mentoring junior engineers or leading smaller teams
* Site experience and practical construction understanding highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing project priorities
* CPEng or progressing toward chartership viewed favourably
