Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Our Randwick clinic, nestled within the Prince of Wales, is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Medical Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our team.
The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with 9 hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm.
These house all for a a 9-day fortnight. This means you receive one rostered day off every fortnight - giving you a day off every week to help support genuine work-life balance.
Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
* Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
* Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists.
* Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Ability to manage a clerical team in a fast-paced environment
* Enable and empower the administrative team to provide quality service for our patients
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Confident with computers and IT systems
