**Customer Service Tele Sales - NSW**
We have a exciting position available with a recent client. 2 days per week working from home. Have experience in Telesales? Love helping customers get the best deal they can?

**Your role will be**:

- Performing sales development activities such as following up on inactive trading merchants, inbound leads, cold calling, lead generation, and working with sales representative in market

Maintenance of existing customer information and potential leads within CRM platform

**Role Requirements: Must have**
- Experience in B2B telemarketing, IT pre-sales or Outbound calling, leads management and conversion passion
- Fluency in professional business English
- Confidence in utilizing computers and new software
- No reluctance in making outbound calls to decision makers within businesses.
