We specialise in the design, fabrication, and installation of premium window and door systems for residential and commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Manager
to oversee quality across manufacturing and installation processes. This role ensures our products meet Exact Windows' standards, industry regulations and client expectations. You will work closely with the owner, production team, installers and clients to deliver high-quality results on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain QA procedures for fabrication and installation
Inspect and monitor all manufacturing stages affecting product quality
Conduct on-site QA inspections for window and door installations
Identify defects and non-conformances; initiate corrective actions
Maintain QA documentation, inspection records and compliance reports
Liaise with builders, clients, site supervisors and internal teams
Lead and support QA inspectors, technicians and installers
Review and improve current quality standards and processes
Coordinate with external auditors and certifiers when required
About You — Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of Quality Assurance experience (glazing, windows/doors, joinery, construction or manufacturing preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years working in construction or fabrication environments
Valid Australian driver's licence
Australian TFN
White Card (required)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work across factory and on-site environments
Computer literate: ability to use multiple software platforms (training provided)
Excellent communication and client liaison skills
