The Business Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial, operational, and human resource functions within a dynamic school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading diverse teams, driving service delivery excellence, and promoting continuous improvement.
* Managing human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Developing, monitoring, and advising on the school's budget to ensure compliance and effective resource use.
* Overseeing facilities and project management, including maintenance, renovations, and contractor negotiations.
* Building networks with staff, community representatives, and other Business Managers to uphold best practices.
