Salt is working with an award‐winning immersive experiences studio based in Melbourne. This exciting business is creating cutting‐edge VR content for entertainment, education, brand activations, and location‐based experiences. They are growing fast and are looking for a 360° Video Editor who can craft seamless, cinematic content that transports audiences into new worlds.
Responsibilities
* Editing 360° and VR video content for a range of immersive projects
* Stitching multi‐camera 360° footage to create clean, seamless visuals
* Applying colour correction, grading, and motion graphics when required
* Integrating visuals into VR pipelines (Quest, SteamVR, immersive domes)
* Collaborating with creative and technical teams to elevate visual storytelling
* Ensuring performance optimisation for VR playback
* Working on location‐based experiences, branded content, and interactive VR films
Qualifications
* Proven experience editing 360° video or immersive media
* Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (any)
* Understanding of VR formats, projection types, and headset optimisation
* A strong creative eye, with the ability to build atmosphere and emotion through editing
