About the Role
Quality Manager – Aged Care Services (Full‐time, Hybrid, Based in Sydney)
Reporting to the General Manager of Care Quality Compliance, you will lead the design and delivery of quality assurance and compliance frameworks, ensuring our services surpass legislative requirements and internal standards across 19 residential homes and community programs nationally.
Responsibilities
- Drive national quality excellence by innovating across a diverse aged care network.
- Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive auditing and benchmarking programs aligned with Aged Care and NDIS standards.
- Manage accreditation processes and liaise with external bodies to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee clinical governance and risk frameworks, including clinical reviews, incident management, and corrective action plans.
- Generate data‐driven quality initiatives, prepare key reports for executive stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to foster a culture of excellence.
- Prepare benchmarking reports and ensure timely delivery to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of target thresholds for clinical indicators and lead the management of continuous improvement initiatives based on variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Seasoned quality leader with extensive experience in clinical governance, auditing, and benchmarking within aged care or disability services.
- Current AHPRA registration and strong background in clinical governance.
- Proven ability to manage compliance, risk, and accreditation processes.
- Expertise in reporting, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams.
- Passion for person‐centred, values‐driven care.
