Leadership Role Overview
This is a leadership position that involves managing the SEE program to ensure success and meet regional requirements. The role requires mentoring and supporting staff to deliver compliant training services while being supported by an experienced management team.
* Lead a region with a strong presence of the SEE program
* Develop relationships with referral agencies, employers, and community associations to increase participation
* Manage staff to support them in their roles
* Ensure effective utilization of trainers, classrooms, and class scheduling to maximize the program's offering across the region
* Travel will be required within the region
