About the Role
As our Sales & Marketing Officer, you will coordinate end-to-end sales and marketing support activities, with a strong focus on business submissions and proposal development.
You will work closely with business departments to ensure documentation is compliant, strategically aligned, professionally presented and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Business Submissions & Proposals
* Coordinate and prepare high-quality tenders, proposals and business submissions
* Gather, consolidate and refine content from internal stakeholders
* Ensure submissions are compliant, persuasive and aligned with strategic objectives
* Format, proofread and maintain brand consistency across all documentation
* Manage version control and maintain a structured submission library
* Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team
* Assist in the preparation of client presentations and sales collateral
* Support timely responses to new business opportunities
Marketing Coordination
* Assist with the development and distribution of marketing material
* Coordinate social media scheduling and digital campaign support
* Assist with website updates and content coordination
* Support trade shows, industry events and internal marketing initiatives
* Ensure all client-facing communications reflect a high professional standard
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in an administrative, sales support, or marketing coordination role
* Demonstrated experience in business proposal development
* Experience in a B2B or professional services environment (advantageous)
* Knowledge of social media marketing tools and platforms
* Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop (desirable but not essential)
* Relevant qualification in business administration, marketing, communications, or similar (desirable)
* Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of written accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders confidently
* Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on tasks
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong brand awareness and professional presentation standards
* Collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
