* FT Annual Salary Range from $80,751 - $119,786

Suitable candidates are required to hold:
* A current VIT registration (or equivalent)
* Relevant teaching qualifications

Teaching staff at SCC are required to:
* Use diverse and effective teaching strategies to deliver the curriculum.
* Address diverse learner needs in curriculum design by collaborating with support staff.
* Integrate technology to enhance learning.
* Dedicate time to lesson planning and organisation whilst ensuring the curriculum is relevant for your subjects and year levels per the state and national course requirements.
* Assess and provide meaningful feedback on student progress about their performance, achievements, attitude or behaviour where required and at Parent Teacher Interviews
* Write academic reports according to guidelines.
* Develop and assess learning materials and recommend implementation to subject coordinators.
* Support and engage in co-curricular programs as needed.
* Manage equipment, materials, and first aid needs according to OHS guidelines.
* Exercising duty of care through effective, professional supervision
* Maintain accurate student attendance records.
* Maintain Professional Development
* Maintain appropriate confidentiality
* Attend scheduled subject and staff meetings.
* Maintain a manner of life that reflects an adherence to and support for the beliefs, teachings, values, and attitudes of Christianity and the Vision and Mission Statement of the College
