The Role
With roles available in Stones Corner, Sumner, Springwood OR Ipswichyou'llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:
* Neurological conditions
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Psychosocial disability
This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.You'll:
* Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
* Build long-term relationships and see real progress
* Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Our Graduate Program

* Agraduate-specific induction week(NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
* 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
* 6 months of structured induction,trainingand upskilling
* 4 paid study leave days per year
