Nurse Next Door is a certified Great Place to Work. We are looking for a Care Ambassador (Enrolled Nurse) to join our growing clinical and leadership team.

Positions Available
As our Care Ambassador you will work a 30 hour week with some on call duties. Our office is located in Osborne Park. As a Care Ambassador you are responsible for initiating Happier Ageing experiences for Clients and Caregivers as well as supporting the daily operations of the business. In every client care situation, you seek innovative solutions. You are able to with support from our Care Designers be involved in the care management from the first visit to the end of service.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
* Caring Consults
* Client First Visits
* Continuity of Clinical Care
* End of Client Care
* People Leadership and management
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
* We provide around the clock care so visits may be scheduled morning, afternoon or evening
* Some on-call required

Skills & Experience
* Community nursing experience would be an advantage
* Subacute and disability experience
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Care Designer/Director of Clinical Services
* Diabetes and Wound Management
* Dementia experience would be an advantage
* Leadership and management experience is an advantage
* Flexibility and a can do attitude
* Flexible Working Hours
* Work with a supportive and dynamic team
Mandatory Requirements
* Passionate about making a difference.
* A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
* Coachable
* AHPRA Registration
* Enrolled Nurse or junior Registered Nurse
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Car & Valid Drivers Licence
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
