Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert project management and contract administration for a diverse range of capital infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive project management for the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects;
* Acting as Contract Superintendent or Representative, overseeing contract administration;
* Providing technical advice and reports to stakeholders;
* Assisting with preparations of forward works programs and financial plans;
* Reviewing designs, engineering reports, and contractor performance;
* Ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and quality specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field;
* Extensive experience in project management, contract administration, and delivery of infrastructure projects;
* Construction Industry Induction (White Card); and
* Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle driver's licence.
