Description
You will be in charge of providing financial and management support for the company. While working closely with all levels of the business to provide advice about cost accounting, performance improvement strategies through process automation.
1. Control and monitor company expenditure.
2. Assist commercial decision making.
3. Maintain an accurate database of supplier contracts and pricing information.
4. Produce monthly management accounts.
5. Undertake cost analysis to improve business efficiency.
6. Update costings as required with changes in suppliers.
7. Drive process improvement and proactively identifying new initiatives.
8. Weekly and monthly reporting of labor utilization and downtime analysis
9. Preparation of monthly cost center reports and reports for Board reporting
10. Proactive identification of improvement opportunities and driving various initiatives
11. Manage issue resolution with appropriate levels of urgency.
12. Assisting the CFO with process improvement and with corporate reporting requirements
13. Any other duties as may be reasonably required to support the CFO.
14. Ensure that accounting systems and processes meet required accounting standards and the needs of the business.
Profile
This role would suit a fast-paced candidate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail and great communication skills. An experienced Management Accountant with a background in manufacturing is preferable.

16. Accomplished management accountant with 3-5 years experience
17. Strong management skills and able to effectively lead a team.
18. Proven track record of increasing efficiency and reducing costs within a company.
19. Excellent communication skills
