You'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand, helping customers with their enquiries while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.Previous experience is a plus, but if you've got a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceRespond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social platforms (including Facebook Meta).
Process orders accurately and efficiently.Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.Keep clear and organised records of customer interactions and transactions.AdministrationSupport day-to-day administrative tasks.Use platforms such as 3PL and Australia Post for order fulfilment.Maintain organised files, records, and internal documentation.Assist the team in improving processes and workflows.About YouExperience in customer service and/or administration.Clear and professional communication skills.Solid attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to multitask.Confidence using digital tools, including e-commerce platforms, Facebook Meta, and logistics systems.Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.An interest in skincare or self-tanning products is a bonus!
