Position Overview
As a key member of the Creative Department, you will help bring projects to life across multiple touchpoints from branding, to publication, campaign and marketing. You will work across an extensive range of clients, on projects in various stages of completion. Working under the Creative Director, you will assist with the delivery of design development and roll‐out for brands, publications, websites and experiential print and digital media. Your eye for aesthetics will be matched with a critical thinking mindset to help bring a unique perspective to Right Angle creative. As an anchor for the creative department, you will be able to manage yourself and your time independently, while working collaboratively to develop considered responses and elegant outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Design Delivery
* Bring to life the brand strategy through creative concepts, through to execution of all brand and digital deliverables.
* Lead creative delivery for a diverse client base across Hospitality, Government, Placemaking, Arts & Culture, and internal businesses.
* Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and interpreting briefs to ensure high‐standard output.
* Own the brief and project scope, clarifying requirements and strategy with internal teams prior to commencement.
* Deliver expert conceptual, typographic, and layout skills across print, interactive, and broadcast media.
* Confidently articulate and present creative thinking to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Stay on top of the latest design standards, creative processes and trends in the visual design field, including social media guidelines and outputs.
* Collate comprehensive brand guidelines for relevant projects.
* Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all outgoing projects and presentations.
* Support Creative Directors with art direction and photography production for various shoots.
Project Management
* Manage the work production of projects from concept to delivery.
* Manage personal workflow and proactively escalat capacity risks to project managers.
* Keep project managers and directors up‐to‐date on project progress and status.
* Work with project managers and directors to ensure that schedules are accurate, realistic and deadlines are met.
* Accurately record all working hours in timesheet software.
* Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Communicate clearly with creative leads and project managers to eliminate ambiguity regarding timelines.
* Provide high attention to detail and a sense of pride in all work submitted.

* High Quality Output: Minimise iterations and internal revisions through rigorous attention to detail. Consistently deliver high‐quality work that exceeds requirements and earns positive peer and client feedback.
* Effective Time Management: Deliver work within allotted hours and agreed scope, escalating as required. Maintain weekly updates on project pathways and hours to ensure on‐time, on‐budget delivery.
* Team Performance: Contribute to the overall performance and success of the design team, including supporting freelancers, mentoring junior designers and sharing expertise across the business.
* Innovation and Creativity: With each project, contribute to innovative and creative solutions, including the introduction of new design techniques, concepts, or technologies to enhance the project outcome.
