Step into a key leadership role at Elka Armadale, where fashion meets exceptional service.
As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading a passionate team, and delivering an unforgettable in-store experience.
You'll bring energy, initiative, and a love for style to help shape a thriving retail environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Driving sales and hitting key performance targets (KPIs)
Ensuring the store is beautifully presented and merchandised to reflect the Elka aesthetic
Handling stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and stocktakes
ABOUT YOU
You have previous retail experience in a leadership or supervisory role
You're passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering a premium customer experience
You lead with positivity, professionalism, and a hands-on attitude
You're confident in coaching and developing a team to succeed
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love achieving sales targets
You have strong communication and organisational skills
