Civil Engineer with minimum 3 yrs experience on the Gold Coast
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a minimum 3 years' experience to join our Gold Coast Team. This is an opportunity to in a collaborative and high‑performing environment. It is envisaged that the candidate will aspire to be a Senior Civil Engineer to work on a diverse range of projects with the flexibility to be tailored to candidates experience and personal growth ambitions.
The business has recently merged with one of Australia's leading civil and structural engineering firms broadening our technical capability and service offerings, national reach across multiple offices and shared resources and cross‑discipline collaboration.
The group specialises in the land development, infrastructure, winery, marine and environmental sectors.
Your background, skills and experience should include:
* Civil Engineering Degree.
* Working towards Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status.
* Experience in the technical delivery and management of land development and infrastructure projects with a focus on constructability.
* Have a strong client and pro‑active team focus.
* Developed communication and negotiation skills.
* Capacity to introduce new and better ways to improve efficiency and quality in project delivery.
* Experience in 12D design and AutoCAD is essential.
