* Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and to remain competitive in the market.
* Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking activities and opportunities effectively.
* 3-4+ years experience in technical sales or business development.
* Background in mechanical, production, quality, or materials engineering.
* Proven ability to manage 1-3-month sales cycles.
* Experience in direct B2B technical sales within mining, tools, or materials sectors.
* Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
