**Life at Hive**:
We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator within the rooming and residential sector in which you will connect with a diverse range of people, from tenants, to tradespersons, and the occasional owner. You will play a crucial role in advising and coordinating building maintenance, tenants maintenance, ensuring compliance, routine inspections, Exit and Entry reporting
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond and manage emergency, urgent & non urgent maintenance in a timely manner
- Conduct maintenance investigation and reporting
- Coordinate, schedule & oversee all service contractors and tradesmen that are engaged to attend to properties
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance requests and concerns
- Work order & quotes management
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs (preventive) and ensure that properties are in good condition.
- Conduct exits inspections & bond refunds during our busy intake periods
- Conduct entry inspections to provide to the tenants with an entry condition report within the timeframe outlined by tenancy regulations.
- Prepare and finalize routine, entry and exit inspections reports.
- Ensure risk management procedures are performed continually.

**Qualifications**:
- Hold a current Real Estate certificate of Registration
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in identifying maintenance issues, & reporting within the Residential and Rooming Sector with Realestate
- Must be proficient in using maintenance software and other relevant tools
- Must have excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Must have excellent in Time Management skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Be able to work under pressure throughout the year
- Must have a general knowledge in indentifying maintenance
- Basic computer skills is required
- Team Player with an upbeat attitude and enthusiasm for what you do
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between locations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
