Role
As the Graduate Engineer in the Rockhampton based office, you will be working alongside the Project Manager on delivering civil asset renewal and maintenance projects in primarily the rail sector. This role will be a mix of office and field based workloads managing contractors, ensuring quality compliance and project management. You will be required to travel occasionally throughout Central Queensland and surrounding regions.
This role is desirable for someone who has a strong interest in civil construction and project management for their career pathway development.

* Civil and structural design & analysis tasks
* Asset assessment and management
* Engineering Investigations
* Project coordination and monitoring
* Quality documentation
* Safety documentation
* Database management
* Client Liaison
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* Class C Driver’s Licence
* Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
* Rail Industry Worker card (RIW) - desirable
* Strong interpersonal and written skills to communicate with all stakeholders
* High level of organisational and time management skills
* Rail, civil construction and/or project management experience (Desirable)
