Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical in driving continuous improvement across safety, health, and environmental performance.
You Will
* Champion and embed a proactive site-wide safety culture
* Lead HSE systems, compliance, audits, and improvement initiatives
* Manage injury management and return-to-work programs
* Oversee environmental compliance, including regulatory requirements
* Partner with leadership to integrate HSE into all operational decisions
The Successful Applicant
You are a hands‐on and influential HSE professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and can engage stakeholders at all levels.
You Will Bring
* 5+ years' experience in HSE within FMCG or manufacturing
* Strong expertise in injury management and workers compensation
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A formal qualification in Work Health & Safety
