We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy team in Cockburn. Our business has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship, and we are committed to maintaining this standard.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track-record in sales within the sector. They will be responsible for supervising the effective operation of the workshop, ensuring that all staff are supported and able to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the workshop and staff to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
* Create and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Manage and report on weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
* Promote brands and products effectively.
* Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the automotive industry. Trade qualifications are desirable but not essential. A valid driver's license and Australian residency are required.
