We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people and culture function for a dynamic, growing organisation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role balances strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational delivery, making a real impact on workforce capability, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and contracts. Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination processes. Develop workforce plans, succession strategies, and support organisational design initiatives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention strategies, and probation management. Manage performance review frameworks, learning and development, and HR systems. Support remuneration frameworks, benchmarking, and pay structure alignment. About You: Proven experience in operational and compliance-focused HR management. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and Fair Work obligations. Skilled in coaching leaders, managing employee relations, and driving engagement. Experienced in workforce planning, HRIS management, and performance frameworks.
