Chelsea Meats is a farmer-owned butcher shop serving the bayside area with high-quality Angus beef direct from Gippsland. We have a strong and enthusiastic team, and with the business growing we need a few more hands on deck.
No boning of beef. We get the bodies in from the abattoir already boned, so the only boning required is the lamb and pork.
