Business Development Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for corporate accounts (B2B). Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with major projects and institutions, drive direct corporate sales, and increase brand awareness.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement sales plans that meet our strategic goals. You will also conduct site inspections, client visits, and attend industry events to foster strong relationships with new clients and improve current ones.
To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make strategically aligned business decisions. * Key Responsibilities:
o Drive direct corporate sales (B2B) to increase production and generate new corporate relationships.
o Navigate and secure opportunities associated with major projects and institutions.
o Cold-call, knock on doors, generate new leads & develop a strong corporate pipeline.
o Increase brand awareness by improving current relationships & build strong relationships with new clients.
o Conduct site inspections, client visits, attend industry events & work with a team-orientated approach.
o Develop and implement sales plans and develop a targeted approach to grow our business to exceed targets.
