OverviewTechnical Writer / Product Evangelist (SaaS) – CheckWorkRights (CWR) is a leading Australian SaaS that has spent the last decade building a reputation as a trusted partner in the background checking and compliance space.
We're looking for someone to join our team who can go deep into our SaaS product — learning every feature inside and out — and to turn that knowledge into clear, structured documentation that empowers both our customers and our team.We're a team of passionate problem-solvers with a robust and highly-regarded product that serves some of Australia's largest enterprises.
Our team is small, focused, and team-oriented, and every person plays a direct and meaningful role in our success.What you'll doLearn every feature and workflow of our product — from high-level use cases to the nuts-and-bolts technical details.Produce documentation for two key audiences: External (user guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, release notes, feature explainers) and Internal (technical reference docs, process flows, troubleshooting guides).
Establish and maintain a clear, scalable documentation framework in Notion (no experience needed — you'll be expected to master it quickly).
