Job Summary
As a Senior Mental Health Clinician in our Youth Enhanced Services program, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality evidence-based therapy to young people experiencing severe and complex mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of specialist counselling using CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities
* Support and mentor junior clinicians to maintain high service standards
* Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure integrated care
* Document clinical work accurately and meet service targets
* Participate in supervision team meetings and referral pathway development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Extensive experience in individual therapy with adolescents
* Strong understanding of trauma, youth mental health and recovery principles
* Advanced skills in therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* Current registration with a professional body
