About the role: Build and nurture senior and mid‑level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service. Lead the implementation and management of SEO strategies, educating clients along the way. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies across a diverse portfolio. Manage project workflows, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery with clear client updates. Act as the primary liaison for client deliverables and strategy, attending key meetings. Oversee team output, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Critically analyze data to provide actionable insights and link SEO activities to commercial outcomes. About you: Currently working in, or within the last 12 months worked in, an agency environment. Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO/Digital Marketing agency roles. Deep, current knowledge of SEO and analytics (especially Google Analytics). Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with advanced Excel/Sheets skills. Experience managing large, complex websites. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Impeccable attention to detail, disciplined and process‑oriented work ethic.
