The Role
As a Client Director, you will:
* Lead and grow the accounting division, working alongside fellow partners in business advisory.
* Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing strategic tax and business advice.
* Play a key role in firm-wide decision making, strategic planning, and business development.
* Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* CA or CPA qualified with at least 10 years' public practice experience.
* Strong technical knowledge in taxation, compliance, and business advisory.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building strong client partnerships.
