About This Role:
The Member Support Manager at our Hornsby club is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience.
* Lead a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and member retention budgets
* Oversee front desk operations to ensure members receive personalised service
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team ensuring the club reaches monthly sales targets
2. Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to team success
3. Create a structure to ensure MSC team achieves daily performance criteria
4. Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team
5. Support Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven sales and customer service experience
* Ability to hit KPIs
* Understanding of sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling
* Experience managing customer journeys to achieve successful outcomes
* Ability to set and motivate others towards goals
