Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our Residential Care and Specialised Support programs across Central Queensland.
This pivotal leadership position involves ensuring young people receive high-quality, trauma-informed care that promotes their physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
The successful candidate will lead and expand services across the region, overseeing service delivery, HR, finance, contracts and accreditation.
Fostering strong partnerships with the Department and care providers is also crucial for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work or psychology (or related discipline).
* A minimum 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.
