As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best end-to-end accident management service. This includes delivering vehicles to clients, providing top-notch customer service, coordinating vehicle logistics, and more.
About the Role:
* Deliver Vehicles - Ensure timely and efficient service to our clients.
* Provide Excellent Customer Service - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* Coordinate Vehicle Logistics - Assist with the smooth and efficient operation of vehicle delivery.
* Prepare Cars for Hire - Thoroughly detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
* Onboard New Clients - Ensure they have all the information and support they need.
About You:
* You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
