About The Role We’re seeking a Garden & Building Maintenance Team Member to support our landscaping and horticulture operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include: Refer to the work requests register on a daily basis and ensure scheduled and requested tasks are completed efficiently Maintenance of gardens – weed, trim tree branches, spreading mulch and soft fall as directed by the site manager Setting up for college events (exams, exhibitions etc) Identify and act on any maintenance or grounds issues Ensure maintenance compound is kept in a tidy condition Planting of trees and shrubs as directed Mowing, blowing and line trimming Perform various labouring tasks on and occasionally off campus What You’ll Need Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred) Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather Experience using power tools (preferred) Reliable, motivated, and team-focused Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard Why Join Green by Nature?
