Position Summary
Job Summary: This role is responsible for carrying out the functions of processing customer orders, ensuring that required time frames are adhered to in regard to Dispatch schedules and that all necessary regulatory approvals are received for products prior to Dispatching / Installation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process all orders, for New Machines, Conversions and Spare Parts received for International jurisdictions
2. Raise Sales Orders / Sales Credits (where required)
3. Create shipping documents (i.e commercial invoices and packing lists)
4. Work with Australia Order Management to establish anomalies with order information
5. Monitor Progress of all orders through the production process to maintain DIFOT
6. Maintain Delivery Schedule
7. Ensure all jurisdictional approvals are received for Dispatches
8. Coordinate delivery of new machines and conversions and Spare Parts with the relevant Suppliers
9. Compile paper work for invoicing (soft format). Ensure order is complete, accurate and ready for Dispatch team to invoice.
10. Answering Telephone / Email Enquiries from Agents/Sales and customers
11. Update and maintain various Reports
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
12. One to two years related experience in a manufacturing or order entry environment
13. Qualification in Business Administration or relevant work experience
14. Highly developed customer service skills
15. High level computer skills (Word, Excel)
16. ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Navision or similar
17. Time management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
18. Ability to work under pressure
19. Excellent decision making skills
20. Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organisation
21. Effective negotiation skills
22. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
23. Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
24. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
25. Maintain confidentiality at all times

27. Excellent oral and written communication skills
